Brent crude has jumped 2% today to $70 per barrel, its highest level since last September, when Saudi Arabia's Abqaiq oil processing facility was attacked. That's up from $66 at the end of last year.

US crude prices have also jumped sharply, hitting $64 per barrel for the first time since last April.
